At Panorama Vineyard we take great care in packaging your wines to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All our postage is fully insured. However, in the unlikely event that an issue does arise with our package/packaging or the wine itself (eg. Cork tainted wine or oxidised wine) please contact us. In these situations our policy is to credit the value of the wine to your account including any aggregated postage costs.
All our orders are dispatched using Australia Post. Care is taken to ensure that orders are packaged safely to prevent breakages. We do this by sending orders in our custom made wine postal packs. All packages are insured so if your package is damaged or lost we will contact you immediately to discuss a refund or a new shipment arrangement. If your order is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us immediately.
Orders will be processed and posted within a one week period, depending on stock and vintage availability. Please allow one week for postage to arrive and you can monitor package location through Australia Posts tracking system. Postage times will vary depending on your location. In total, a two week timeframe should be allowed for to receive your package. If there are any delays or you have not received your package please contact us.
